Kena: Spirit Guide Fan Made Demo

This is a quick demo for an imagined prequel to 2021 Ember Lab's Kena Bridge of Spirits. I wanted to reimagine one of my favorite games of 2021 as a game boy adventure/puzzle game similar to Link's Awakening. The story serves as a fictional prequel to the events of Kena: Bridge of Spirits and tells the story of how Kena became a Spirit Guide and explores her relationship with her father and the rest of her family.

This is very much a demo, with 1 dungeon, a couple of enemies, 2 bosses, a tutorial boss, and 2 weapons. The game features a parry mechanic, the A (Z) button blocks, but when is released within a few frames of being hit, the character parries the attack.
